Hello Everyone! Thought I’d drop a little note to let you all know how I was doing. I’m doing great!!! Today has been a wonderful day so far! I had class from 8-11 which was probably the only downfall of my day. I mean, really, who wants to get up at 7 a.m. on a rainy Monday morning just to go to class? Not me! But it was okay, though.
After class, I went to the SRSC and worked out, which was great! I’m finally starting to get somewhat disciplined again with my workout routine, which is good. After my workout, I was waiting at the bus stop on North Jordan for the bus (duh). Anyway, I look down the road and who’s driving up the street? Cory! So that was nice. He was just running some errands and happen to be driving by when I was waiting for the bus. So, I got a ride home.
I went home and ate lunch and then went tanning. I forgot how relaxing tanning is. It’s kinda like taking a little power nap. I love it! Anyway, I then came home and goofed off on the computer, looking up different bands and what not. This is the first day in a while that I haven’t been bogged down with homework, which is VERY nice. I’ve found SOO many great bands over the past week all thanks to my new Tooth & Nail/Solid State sampler CD. It’s awesome!!! I’ve discovered that Anberlin, Watashi Wa, and FM Static are my new favorite bands! You should definitely listen to them…they’re awesome!
Thanksgiving break officially starts for me tomorrow. I have a meeting with an advisor at 10 am and then I’m done! YAY!!! I have to work tomorrow night, but it’s only from 5-10 and there’s a ball game, so it should go by fast. We’re also having Thanksgiving dinner at work tomorrow, so that should be good. (Yay for free food!!) So yeah, Thanksgiving break looks pretty busy, but I’m excited about it; anything is better than school. Cory and I are going to head to my parents’ Wednesday and stay there till Thursday. We’re having lunch with my family and then heading to West College Corner to have dinner with his family. We’re staying the night with them, and then heading back to B-Town Friday morning because Cory has to work, and then I’ll go home. Saturday I’m going shopping with Mom, Grandma, Stacey, and, our new Brewer girl addition, Andrea!!!! I know, some people think we’re crazy going shopping two days after Thanksgiving, but it’s kinda a tradition. I’m excited about some quality time with the girls. It should be fun!
Hopefully I’ll get to hang out with Brooke and the D-Group girls some time while I’m home. I miss them all soooo much!!!!
I’m definitely ready for this semester to be over. Only three weeks after break!!! YAY!!!
I finally talked to an advisor, and I’ll be graduating in the fall of ’07 rather than the spring, which is fine by me. I was really expecting on being at least a whole year behind, but nope, just a semester.
Cory and I went out to eat with my family Friday night for Dad and Mike’s birthdays. Afterwards, we hung out with Mike and Andrea for a while, which was really nice. I love them both so much! I’ve decided that they need to move to Bloomington so that we can hang out all the time! They’d love it here, and they’d fit in with all our friends so well! Maybe someday…
So yeah, other than that, not much is going on. Just the usual class, homework, Steak n Shake, and Cory-time. The boys (Chris, Rob, and Cory) have all gotten sick over this past week, so I’m just kinda waiting for me to get it. I’m sure I will sometime soon. Knowing my luck, I’ll be sick on Thanksgiving…I hope not!
Well, I’m off to dinner. I hope you all are doing wonderful and you have a great Thanksgiving!!!

There is one positive to you not posting that much. I don’t miss the chance to comment on posts I want to since my lazy butt takes something around a week to actually post what I want to. So I should probably put out there that there is a distinct possibility the plague that spread among that house is imported from Ohio. I don’t remember Rob or Chris being sick when they came to town (although AJ was) but I was, and had been for somewhere in the area of a month at that point.
