Everyone, meet Hurley!
He’s our new chocolate lab puppy. He’s six weeks old and we just
got him yesterday. Some of you are probably wondering what
happened to our beagle, Roper. Well, to make a long story short,
we decided that it would be best if Roper just stayed at my mom and
dad’s house and we got a new pup. So we did!
We like him just a little. 
He’s been doing pretty good so far. No accidents in the house, but plenty in his crate…
No, that’s not mud…that’s puppy poop…all over EVERYTHING…no
bueno. He apparently didn’t like being home alone for 2 hours
this morning while I was at class…
So I had to give him a bath because he was covered in poo and then get
everything else cleaned up. I guess he got pretty worn out making
that mess because he slept for about an hour while I cleaned everything
up. It’s been a fun day so far….
Well, I’d like to update some more, but I have homework to do and a
puppy to take care of. By the way check out mine and Cory’s AWESOME engagement pics that my sis-in-law Andrea took of us this weekend. I LOVE them!! Let me know which one’s your favorite!

Thanks to my favorite cousin I’ve totally become a dog person, and this one looks like tons of fun. His poop does not. I will refer to him as Hugo instead.
As for the pics, they’re all great of course. I think my favorites though are the ones that she took from the bridge with you two by the lampost looking at (I believe) the river (#’s 42-45). As for closer shots I like 29-30. I should note that I was overly critical and ruled out quite a few strictly because you could only see one of your faces.
consider yourself officially initiated into the world of dog owner!!! I would have liked to be there to see you clean that pup and cage up…I can picture just how you reacted!!!! Also, love the pics…I have several favorites…my pic for official paper picture is #75…dad says no though because it might be too dark…but hey who knows…anyways…love ya bunches
oh….my……gosh……he is absolutely awsome:) I freaked out when i saw his picture……mike laughed at me cuz i was going on and on and on about him:) I like the name too…..very cute!! I cant wait to meet your new little addition to the family. I hope youre doing well- by the way, did you have any luck with dresses the other day?- i was in charlotte russe the other day and saw these PERFECT little tea length dresses like ones you saw at davids bridal…..they only had them in red and black, but a girl said they are supposed to be getting them in a lot of different colors, so we should keep our eye out for blue ones:) Cant wait to see you guys again- next time we hang out we should go to bloomington so we can meet Hurley- love you!! and im so glad you like your pictures:)
