Hello All!  Busy, busy, that’s all I can say about my life lately.  Good, but busy.

Revival was awesome!!!  We had anywhere from 70-90 kids each
night!  Everything went fine every night.  No major
problems.  I would say without a doubt that it was a huge
success.  I think the only downfall is that we had too many kids,
which isn’t really a downfall at all.  We just ran out of a lot of
stuff because we had more kids that we were expecting.  But,
that’s a good thing.  We had an offering goal of $250, and the
kids beat it…actually, they doubled it and raised $526.26!!!  I
was so proud!  I told the kids at the beginning of the week that
if they could raise $250, three of the men helpers (all dads) would get
whipped cream pies thrown at them by their wives.  Well, since
that happened, the last night of Revival was quite interesting.
There was a battle going on all week between the guys and girls.
Pretty much the dads were just being babies about the whole
thing.  To make a long story short, we ended up having a HUGE
whipped cream fight the last night of Revival.  It was a lot of
fun, messy, but tons of fun!  I’m pretty sure I got it the
worst.  All the guys decided to gang up on me.  I was covered
in whipped cream!  It was all in my hair, my ears, my nose,
everywhere!  I think I smelled whipped cream until the next
day.  Definitely something I’ll never forget!

It’s been a very encouraging week for me.  A lot of people have
come up to me telling me how proud they are of me and what not.
That really means a lot to me.  Sometimes I don’t think I’m doing
a very good job, so it’s always great to hear someone tell you what a
great job you’re doing.  A lot of times, I find myself doubting
myself.  I just don’t think I do my job very well.  I look at
other volunteers and think they could do so much better. But, I
realized that God put me in the position I’m in right now, and he’s
using me.  Whether I know it or not, he’s using me.  It’s
just been such a great week!  I really can’t wait till the summer
when I’ll be able to work at the church full time.  I’m going to
love it!

It’s also been a great week because I have a new puppy!  (Most of you already know this, but I figured I’d elaborate
Actually, I have 2 new puppies.  Roper and Jake.  Jake is the
family’s and Roper is going to live with Cory come August.  They
are both full blooded beagles and absolutely adorable!  It’s been
a little stressful taking care of them, but it’s getting better.
I’ll only see them on the weekend for the next three weeks until I’m
home for the summer.

Senior banquet was on Saturday.  It was a lot of fun.  Cory
and I got to get all prettied up and dance all night…can’t beat that.

COPELAND IS
COMING TO INDY ON THE 27TH!!!  Yes, Copeland will be at the
Emerson next Wednesday.  (Dusty and Randy, I hope you guys can
talk someone into driving you to Indy!)  I’m sooo excited about
this!  It’s going to be awesome!!

Katie and I finally decided on an apartment!  YAY!!  We will
be living in Heritage Apartments next year.  I can’t wait!!!!!

Well, that’s about all that’s going on in my life.  I’ve got a
busy week ahead of me with schoolwork, a special someone’s birthday (), and then a trip to Georgia this weekend for Kyle and Aub’s wedding.  (YAY!!)  Can’t wait!

Only three weeks of school left!!!!
